Ischemic myelopathy: a case study

Ischemic myelopathy is a disease that causes reduced blood supply to the spinal cord. As a result of  the reduced blood circulation, there is a damage to the nerve cells in the spinal cord. Depending on the level of the damage patient may suffer from a loss of sensation or normal function in his arms or legs, or has bladder or bowel problems.

Scalp Acupuncture may assist patients suffering from damage of the spinal cord, in their rehabilitation process. In this video, I show the progress in a patient suffering from vascular myelopathy using scalp acupuncture and Dao Yin exercises.
